Rapid, efficient knockdown. HepG2 cells were transfected with various amounts of FlexiTube siRNA Premix targeted against lamin A/C. All resulted in highly efficient lamin A/C knockdown with no need for optimization.
Phenotype analysis after knockdown. HeLa, MCF-7, and HepG2 cells were transfected with FlexiTube siRNA Premix containing AllStars Negative Control siRNA (Neg. control) or FlexiTube siRNA Premix containing AllStars Hs Cell Death Control siRNA (Cell death). After 72 hours, cells were examined by light microscopy. The cell death phenotype caused by AllStars Hs Cell Death Control siRNA was clearly visible.
