Each Multi-Analyte ELISArray contains twelve 8-well strips (represented by colored columns) coated with a specific capture antibody for a cytokine or chemokine. Six samples can be analyzed at one time, in addition to controls.

Th1/Th2 cytokines were induced by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells in response to PMA (50 µg/ml) and ionomycin (1 µg/ml). Time-dependent patterns of induced cytokines and relative cytokine amounts were profiled and plotted.
