Exploring RNA-seq data using the CLC Genomics Workbench: Expression Analysis and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) upload

In this webinar, we will present how to analyze RNA-seq data starting from raw sequencing reads in the CLC Genomics Workbench version 12.0. We will touch upon expression analysis, statistical comparison, visualization and functional enrichment of RNA-seq data using an actual dataset and a live demo. Sonali Ghosh is a Scientist with the QIAGEN Advanced Genomics team. She holds a MTech in Bioinformatics from the West Bengal University of Technology. Previously, Sonali worked with Connexios Life Science Pvt Ltd as a Computational Chemist specializing in designing molecules using structure-based and/or pharmacophore or ligand-based approaches. She joined QIAGEN in July 2015 working as a NGS support specialist focusing on enabling our customers to get the most out of their NGS experiments.
